Attorney
Attorney Ashley Justice Tucker grew up in Beckley, West Virginia. She graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and minors in Spanish and Political Science. While attending Marshall University, she earned the Highest Honors in International Affairs award, became certified to teach English as a foreign language, and studied abroad in Madrid, Spain. She graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in May 2006, and received the Order of the Barristers award for excellency in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
As an Attorney, Ms. Tucker has obtained the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating for the highest level of professional excellence. She spent the first 14 years of her legal career working as a defense attorney in civil litigation before joining Farmer, Cline & Campbell Personal Injury Lawyers in April 2021.
Ms. Tucker is admitted to practice law before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court of the Northern Division of West Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
